Vivek Patiently Makes His Way In Bollywood!

Did you know that acting newbie Vivek Sudarshan who's got a great break in Rahat Kazmi’s Impatient Vivek was the youngest scientist in India? Hailing from Barrelly, Vivek seems to have found his real calling in Bollywood. “Being from a small town, I never - in my wildest  dreams - thought I'd land in the film industry. But as luck would have it, Mr  Kazmi  came to Delhi

where I got the opportunity to meet him. I'd gone  up to him

and expressed my desire to  sing. He asked me to send him an Audio CD thanks to which I soon got a call from him for a music album. That was my ticket to  the glamour world,” he says.

Post the success of the album – I Vivek, Kazmi gave the Barelly boy

a chance to showcase his acting chops and the rest as they say is history.

"Rahat is a brilliant director so acting under him was a blessing,” says Vivek.

So first scientist, then singer and now actor, where do we see Vivek going next? “Oh, it’s acting and acting alone for now. I love being in front of the camera. I have been a part of many social causes so I’d love to do meaningful cinema that can help me reach out to the

masses and convey social messages,” says Vivek.
