New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 Runway Coverage

Day 8 of New York Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 Runway Shows commenced Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the spectacular Lincoln Center. The last day shows included ISAAC MIZRAHI, and ARGENTINE DESIGNERS.

This year’s fashion designer Carolina Herrera received the title Mercedes-Benz Presents, the official 2011Mercedes-Benz vehicle on display was the MY 11 E550 Cabriolet in Mauritius Blue with Mercedes-Benz Brand Ambassador Milla Jovovich. The highly fashionable VIP Star Lounge co-decorated by supermodel IMAN frequently visited by celebrities was fabulous.

ISAAC MIZRAHI’s Spring 2011collection exuded sophistication, glamour, and chic. Fashion models Abbey Lee, Alina, Jacquelyne, Karmen, Karoline, Samantha, and many others showcased on the runway a combination of feminine dresses and gowns in floral and solid colors, black pants paired with a blazer with or without belts.

Argentina Spring/Summer 2011 Group Runway Showby designers EvangelinaBomparola, La Dolfina, Laura Valenzuela, Marcelo Senroa, Maria Pryor, and Pablo Ramirez showcasedtheir stunning collection of Ready-to-Wear, Sport, Prêt-a-Porter, and Classicwear as well as bridal gowns with authenticity and simplisticelegance. From brown leather jacket with white shirt and white pants, toantique lace camisole with leather laser-cut skirt, to white-black, purple silkgowns, to leather jacket with cotton shorts, and black jumpsuit with white puff sleeve blouse.
