Under the title "Berlino a Roma" a selection of the 54th Berlin International Film Festival films will be screened in Rome, for the first time, following their premiere at the Festival. This event, presented by the city of Rome and the capital city cultural centre Auditorium - Parco della Musica will be held between 7 and 9 March 2004 at the Rome's Auditorium.

Dieter Kosslick is very pleased with this new initiative which will enable Roman audiences to view some of the most important Berlinale films shortly after their premiere in Berlin. Thus, Roman audiences too will be able to get a very real impression of this year's Berlinale.
