About
The festival seeks to present films, which foster a positive, creative and formative worldview in children and young people:
• films focused on strengthening common human values: family, friendship, childhood,understanding between people, talents and creativity, nurture and education, value of life, concern for nature, love for a profession and mastership.
• films which put forward best human qualities: kindness, friendliness, cheerfulness, care, diligence,generosity, humor, intelligence.
The festival doesn’t consider films, which show violence, suffering, crimes, unresolved dramas, disrespect between people, drugs, other destructive scenes.
PROGRAM
The International competition program invites:
- short animated films,
- short fiction films,

The special program “The Man of Labour” invites:
- documentaries about:

«Zero Plus» International Film Festival follows the criteria of the inner quality and the message of values brought up in the films that are shown to children, adolescents, families, teachers, and all people on the whole. These are the films one can truly trust, in terms of psychological and informational safety, benefits for personal development of children and young people as well as bright entertainment that is so pleasing to everyone.
The festival is hosted in Tyumen city traditionally called “The Gates of Siberia”.
The event will take place in November 27 – December 3, 2016.
