The White Light City Film Festival is being held October 17 through October 19 in support of The Digg Site Productions, which is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate the public through documentary film and use the revenue from those films to provide an accredited documentary workshop for high school students of diverse backgrounds and needs. The workshop will serve as a resource for parents, educators, and members of the community who seek to enrich the lives of our youth.
