Upland Independent Film Festival wishes to give filmmakers a
venue for their short works. This is not a serious or elite film festival.
Instead, Upland wants filmmakers to have fun and keep it short and sweet. Have
fun and maybe you’ll be a winner!
Makers of each category-winning
film will receive $150,and the makers of the over-all
festival winner will receive an additional $250 for a grand prize of $400!
