We invite you to join us in Liège, Belgium, in the heart of Europe, on 8-10 December 2010 for the 2nd edition of 3D Stereo MEDIA - The European 3D-Stereo Summit for Science, Technology, and Digital Art.
Our event is fully dedicated to 3D stereoscopy (and more) and covers all of its aspects, i.e. mostly in the domains of
(1) cinema and broadcast;
(2) industry, engineering, design, science, medicine, defense, and R&D;
(3) communication, education, and entertainment.
This unique event is thus at the convergence of arts and science & technology. We bring together scientists, engineers, artists, film directors and producers, communicators, and businessmen, all driven by their passion and interest for 3D stereo imaging.
3D Stereo MEDIA comprises a conference (with dozens of speakers from all over the world), an exhibit (with about 4,000 sq-m), technology demonstrations (including live 3D capture and transmission), training (in 3D movie-making and stereography, with optional hands-on practice, starting
on 5 Dec), scientific posters (with a competition), a 3D film festival (with competitions), workshops, 3D movie screenings, and educational programs for youngsters.

The event is unique in that it was initiated by a university, which supports it strongly, and the audiovisual professional sector.
