Open City Docs Fest is a live festival devoted to exploring the world we live in through the vision of documentary film; creating a place where people come together to celebrate the extraordinary and ordinary lives of others.
Open City Docs Fest (OCDF) takes place over four days in June, in various venues around central London and across UCL's Bloomsbury campus.
Through its diverse programme of more than 100 films from around the world, innovative workshops and filmmaker led events, OCDF challenges, explores and expands ideas of what documentary can be and do. Based in London, the festival offers independent filmmakers from around the globe the opportunity to have their work seen by award-winning judges, fellow filmmakers and a broad public audience.
