ENTRANT ELIGIBILITIES
Open Category Entrants must be at the age of 18 or above, permanent Hong Kong residents (the persons hold the Hong Kong permanent identity card and have the right of abode in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). If the Entry has more than one creator, at least half of the joint-creators must be at the age of 18 or above, permanent Hong Kong residents.
Youth Category Entrants must be at the age of 17 or below (the persons aged under 18 before 5th November 2010, who hold the Hong Kong permanent identity card and have the right of abode in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), permanent Hong Kong residents. If the Entry has more than one creator, at least half of the joint-creators must be at the age of 17 or below, permanent Hong Kong residents.
Animation Category
Entries must be animation works. Entrants have no age restriction. Entrants must be permanent Hong Kong residents (the persons hold the Hong Kong permanent identity card and have the right of abode in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). If the Entry has more than one creator, at least half of the joint-creators must be permanent Hong Kong residents.
Interactive Media Category
Entries must be interactive media works. Entrants have no age restriction. Entrants must be permanent Hong Kong residents (the persons hold the Hong Kong permanent identity card and have the right of abode in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). If the Entry has more than one creator, at least half of the joint-creators must be permanent Hong Kong residents.
Asian New Force Category
Entrants must be resident of Asian countries / regions (excluding Hong Kong residents). If the Entry has more than one creator, at least half of the joint-creators must be Asian residents. Individual particulars of each creator must be submitted along with the Entry Form.
