The third annual Harvest Moon Film Festival will take place in Muncie, Indiana on November 12-14, 2009. The festival awards prizes in documentaries, short films, feature length films and student films. Accepted filmmakers will be spotlighted throughout the weekend, and will be eligible for a $1,000 prize in their category, along with a $3,000 grand prize. The festival will include film viewings, a Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony and an educational seminar.
