Con i minuti contati, the International Short Film Festival, born in 2010 in Montefalco, a wonderful medieval village in the Italian region of Umbria.
Year after year, the Festival increases its visibility and relevance in Italy and in the rest of the world: in 2012 we received 400 short films from more than 40 nations.
Con i minuti contati wants to spread the film culture and the knowledge of the short film, as a unique and precious art form.
