Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival

The 9th annual Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival is now open for entries. Filmmakers and moving image artists are welcome to submit works of all types or lengths, in response to our theme for this year, North by Northeast, which explores our region’s links to Northern Europe, and to the North Sea. Now in its ninth year, the Festival is delighted to launch its inaugural Short Film Award, sponsored by Inntravel, where entrants will compete for a cash prize of £500 (approx €570). To take advantage of the Early Bird deadline, submit your works for only £5 (approx €7) for short films and £15 (€18) for feature films by 26th April. The final deadline for submissions is 28th June, and the programme will be announced mid-August. The Festival is set to return Wednesday 25th – Sunday 29th September 2013.
