BIFF is dedicated to presenting the best of Bollywood , Hollywood and International Cinema including Bhojpuri, Punjabi and other regional Indian Cinema to film lovers. We are starting as a seven-day ( March 1-7 , 2013 ) Film Festival in Columbia , South Carolina but have the goal to embrace programming 365 days a year, including but not limited to other cities like Charleston , Myrtle beach & more . This festival is a creative journey from Film City Mumbai, India to Los Angeles and everything in between and around. BIFF offers screenings, lectures, discussions, music, dance, workshops, industry support and the chance to meet filmmakers from US , India and around the world

In a time of unprecedented economic depression, mass unemployment and civil unrest, one group has borne the brunt of society’s scorn – the clowns.
