Videojam Fest, first edition, opens its call for entries

Videojam Fest is a film and music festival presented by Videojam, a human curated platform for music video and film discovery. The first edition takes place on Sunday 4 October 2026 at Pickwicks in Vienna, the day after Waves Vienna.

The programme is one night across the whole spectrum. A block of six short films, about 75 minutes, each introduced before it screens. A Q&A with the directors present. A music video and video dance showcase screened as its own block. The awards. A DJ set to close. Around 35 seats.

There are two categories, Short Film and Music Video / Video Dance. There is no submission fee. Entries are open now and selections are announced on 25 September 2026.

Pickwicks is a bar in Vienna's first district that began life as one of the city's first English language video stores, with its own projector and sound. Videojam curates music videos, DJ sets and short films by hand rather than by algorithm. The festival is that work in a room.
