TICKETING: IN LINE, ONLINE!

Ticketing information

To make your Festival purchase as smooth as possible, Ticketmaster will be your one-stop shop to purchase and view tickets.

Here are a few tips and tricks to help you get you ready for your ticket pre-sale:

  1. Before the big day, test your Ticketmaster login.
  2. Come prepared with multiple choices in mind, just in case your first choice is off-sale.
  3. Make multiple, smaller purchases, and check out your top films first.
  4. Take it from the TIFF experts: your favourite music playlist and a nice coffee or tea are a must when waiting in the virtual queue! On August 28, wait times can be lengthy, so we recommend purchasing online from the comfort of home.

*Please note: Festival tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.ca are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you need help navigating our online ticketing system or want extra support from a ticket agent, call 416-599-2033 or 1-888-258-8433 (toll-free) between 10am and 7pm daily.
