Way Home - Music video

Hi all!

I wanted to introduce myself to this page by sharing the link to my recent musicvideo that I did for "Finally George".

https://youtu.be/do4KXC6Gm_8

I shot this entirely at home, with only recycled materials (I had loads of Plasticine left over from the ad I shot for Plasticine in 2016) or things I collected over the years. What I love in Stop Motion is, that you can give things new life, instead of throwing things away, you turn them into something new, you give them a story.

So out of nothing, this little robot and his dog appeared and set off on a journey through space, with nods to Douglas Adams, Little Prince, Pratchett and others.

It is a story about hope, against a world of populism, hate, pollution and superstition.

I am very worried about where society is heading right now, here in England we have to fight with Brexit, which keeps me as a German in a Limbo, and all over the world we have hate fuelled populists and liars and destroyers that took the easy way to blame their own shortcomings on others. So in this tiny story I told about my worries in a charming way.
