"Man On A Wire" to screen at TribecaThe true story of Philippe Petit, the Frenchman who on August, 7, 1974, tightrope walked across the top of the world, on the 110th story of the Twin Towers. Philippe adored the challenge of plotting to do the impossible, like a bank robbery, "against the law without being wicked or mean". He describes the challenge of creating I.D. badges, casing the top floors and stairwells, avoiding security guards, encouraging friends and "Inside Men" to help him carry out his plot, his dream and "tangible proof to do the impossible". Film showing at "The Tribeca Film Festival" on Saturday April 26, at 5:30pm at TISH and Sunday April 27, at 3:15pm at VEC-01. Light hearted documentary about one man's dream turned into reality. 14.04.2008 | One World Cinema's blog Cat. : bank CDATA Human Interest Human Interest Man On A Wire Philippe Petit the Tribeca Film Festival The Tribeca Film Festival XML FILM

Your writing/reporting
BigMikeCraft says that, I like your coverage of the various topics. Good journalism has always been important to me. I hope you continue to write and maybe when my film is finished, you can interview me. The reporters who have interviewed me in the past have always taken a government attitude that I am not to be reported truthfully about. I hope, if I survive this winter, I shall be shooting in Saratoga N.Y. this summer, and I can have Bruno of fest21 explain to me how best to use his fine web. Good luck, Sincerely bigmikecraft.com
