Don 2 - the Chase Continues in...Berlin

Shahrukh Khan's new film“Don 2 – The Chase Continues” introduces the German Capital to Bollywood filmlovers. One of the top three destinations in Europe, after London and Paris, it registered an increase in the number of Indian visitors  by 43 percent in 2010. Now, Berliners would like Don 2 to make the city even more popular with Indians.

Burkhard Kieker, CEO, visitBerlin says "Don 2 has two starring roles, Shah Rukh Khan and Berlin.” What's Shahrukh's considered opinion of the city after spending almost two months there for filming?
“Love Berlin, like a second home now“, he wrote in the Golden Book of the city after shooting in winter at  well-known Berlin locations, enjoying the  nightlife and celebrating his birthday at  the Kristkindlesmarkt ( Christmas market ) Hope he drank some gluhwein!

We've been to Berlin ourselves, and we're told downtown Berlin serves as setting for a chase in the sequel, the highest hotel serves as a jump tower and serving as  a backdrop for car stunts is the  Brandenburg Gate (  we stayed in a historic apartment building just around the corner of this imposing landmark)
Both Herr  Kieker and Fraulein Kirsten Niehuus, Managing Director, Medienboard are thrilled about Khan as a "sexy ambassador for the capital region."
I'm willing to bet  Shahrukh (and Farhan Akhtar, director of Don 2) haven't been to MY favourite place, the exquisite Am Kleine WannSee.
