"Raspberry Magic" was recently financed and produced via www.VirtualPitchFest.com. This is big news!
VPF enables screenwriters to pitch to Hollywood Pros online via query letters with the assurance of aguaranteed response back. "Raspberry Magic" is now doing well in the festival circuit. It was made after writer/director Leena Pendharker pitched the script to manager Heidi Ifft via VPF. Heidi said "yes" to the pitch, really liked the script, and sent it to her actress client Meera Simham ("House," etc.) Meera fell in love with the script, and soon afterwards she and husband Ravi Kapur ("Crossing Jordan") became attached to the project.
