Need Accommodations?
Accommodations are available at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square for a preferred rate of only $229 a night for single/double occupancy (one King bed or two Double Beds upon request). Reservations can be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1 (800) 228-9290 or (212) 398-1900.
This special rate will be offered based on hotel availability in the room block until Thursday, July 19, 2012 "Based on hotel availability in the room block" means that if by July 19th there are still rooms available in the block of rooms that we have set aside, the hotel will honor the $229 rate. However, if the block of rooms that we have set aside sells out before July 19th, the hotel will take your booking at their prevailing rates. Our advice? Make your reservation early to avoid disappointment.
