Submissions now open for the NEWLYN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Submission is now open for the Newlyn International Film Festival via Film Freeway.
The festval wil take place in Penzance which is adjaceent to the stunning scenery of St Michael's Mount. The venue will be the Acorn Theatre Penzance. Aprl 5 -7th 2019.
We have seven categories
Fiction
Animation
Documentary
Poetry
Student
Scripwriting
Cornish films and Directors.
We will have films screened over three days on two screen venues along with talks, workshops, social networking, a festival party with the Badlands Blues Band and an Award Ceremony. Prizes will cash,engraved trophies and ceritcates.
The opening film will be Tales of Tin Pan Alley introduced by the director Henry Scott- Irving who won the best documentary film prize at the International Portabelo Film Festival London September 2018.
