Bazaar for the Film Industry

Host your buyers in one of the 6 screening rooms at the NYCIFFBazaarblocated in NYC. These rooms have varying capacities for screeningformats to meet your needs.


KEY POINTS
Company registration : everycompany that wants to reserve screenings must be registered with the Bazaar

Screening Requests : reservations can be www.nyciff.com starting in February. They will be done on a first come,first serve basis.

Book your screenings : As soon as your request hasbeen received we will give you a time slot and send you a bill.  Thesessions will not be confirmed until payment has been received accompanied bythe signed bill.  All information concerning films which have not yet beenprovided and have been requested should be given to Screening Services byJune 25, 2011 at the latest, or their reservations may be cancelled.

Publications : Screenings will be found in thePocket Guide and in our program Screenings are announced in the Pocket Guide,the Daily Screening Programs and the professional magazines present in New YorkCity International Film Festival

Reception ofdigital material and video : in order for the Bazaar to control the quality of the material itreceives, it must be delivered to Stock Films at least 48 hrs before thefirst screening.
