Now going into its fourth year, The Minneapolis Undergrond Film Festival is happy to announce a host of prizes developed to recognize underground filmmakers and their hidden gems. This year two deserving filmmakers will receive Cinequipt Sponsored award of $500 each towards equipment rental (some restrictions apply). This year each award category will feature a cash prize as well as a sponsored award and filmmakers that submit to this year's festival will receive $15 off an individual IFP MN membership as well as the chance to see any film that isn't sold out & ticket to the after-party etc. The submission deadline is October 21st and the late deadline is open till November 4th for an additional fee, check website for more details. 

 This December 2-4 MUFF will continue to showcase underground cinema's most provocative and original works, screening submissions along side a selection of classic genre cinema and festival favorites. This year will also feature Maria Juranic & Pixel Farm who will showcase their work & lead forums, as well as "Everything is Terrible" who will be performing live at this years festival.
