Hi,
My name is D.Shelley Carr and I have submitted a few films to the the
Tahiti Online Film Festival Group. I live close to a couple of major
film festivals in Melbourne, Australia, including the Melbourne
International Film Festival, and the St Kilda Film Festival, which is considered
as important, as our major festival, as an indicator of success at
international film festivals. A prize winner at this festival won an Oscar,
for example. Many of the films presented at these festivals are of a
high artistic and narrative quality, interesting and esoteric. The
Melbourne Film Festival itself is quite eclectic, internationally focussed,
and world respected. My writing and films can be viewed at Shelley's
blog. I wrote all my films, which were shot on a digital video camera, of
course, and I could stream footage of film festivals in Melbourne, and
arrange to interview directors. I have also interviewed actors in
theatre, previously, professionally.
Hope to hear from you,
D.Shelley Carr.
