Jaume Balagueró at Grossmann Fantastic Film and Wine Festival 2012!
It is a great honour to announce the arrival of Spanish director Jaume Balagueró to this year's Grossmann Film and Wine Festival in Ljutomer, Slovenia, where he will present his thriller Sleep Tight. After the bloody mayhem of Rec 1&2 which will be screened in a special retrospective, one of the leading authors of European fantastic cinema takes a different approach with a sublime and creepy thriller which horror is placed in everyday life and that is guaranteed to make you feel uneasy with its relentless exploration of topics of privacy and safety.
Jaume Balagueró is renowned as one of the grand masters of contemporary genre cinema whose each new film is eagerly awaited by millions of fans of the fantastic around the world. After the recently released Rec 3: Genesis in which he had no part, Balagueró is already working with Paco Plaza on the final installment of the series, appropriately titled Rec 4: Apocalypse. All about that and much more will be revealed at a special Q&A session in Ljutomer!
