From today and until the 29th of May, Grossmann Fantastic Film and Wine Festival is calling all fantastic filmmakers to submit their feature films, shorts and music documentaries to the 11th edition of the festival which will take place from the 14th to the 18th of July in Ljutomer, Slovenia. You can also enter our Little Workshop of Horrors, submission deadline is the 1st of July.

Selected feature films will compete for Grossmann’s most prestigious award, the Vicious Cat.

Selected short films will compete for the Slak's Vicious Cat award for Best Short Film and the Melies d’Argent award which will enable the winner to compete for the Melies d’Or award, given to the Best European Fantastic Short Film by the European Fantastic Film Festival Federation (EFFFF) at the end of the year’s festival cycle.

Submissions are also open for the Noisy Cat award for Best Music Documentary.

The Little Workshop of Horrors invites all guerrilla filmmakers to make a short genre film in two days and one night during the festival.

Feature live-action and animated films that will not be selected into competition programs will be considered for other festival‘s categories.
