SUBMIT YOUR FILM NOW; ALL Genres Welcome!  With the motto “REthink, REplenish, REcommit”, the

GOING GREEN FILM FESTIVAL encourages green filmmaking by rewarding filmmakers who have lessened their

carbon footprint on the planet during production, used alternative transportation within the storyline of their

films, or have created a film whose subject includes the environment, third world issues, etc.



Please note, that all filmmakers who submit are improving the environment:

$20 of EVERY entry fee will go towards Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) which produce clean energy.



The festival’s first place prizes include production software valued at over $2,000, but Hybrid electric bicycles, a tree planted

in your name in Central America, Africa or Asia, Fuji Film and more! (see site for complete list).



The CATEGORIES Are:



* GREEN PRODUCTION, where a film’s production worked to lessen the carbon footprint left on the planet

(ANY Genre of film)



* OUR PLANET, where the film’s topic covers third world issues, ecology, nature or the environment; and



* HYBRID/ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION, where the film features a hybrid vehicle, bicycle, electric scooter or public transportation. (ANY Genre of film... Got a horror film with a Zombie riding a bike?  It qualifies!)
