Hooray! The Day of Parks is finally upon us, the first day of the International Nature and Environmental Film Festival G-FEST, taking place at Nature park Goričko, Slovenia! Come and see the first event of this kind in Slovenia, inviting you to the heavenly landscape of Grad castle with its varied program for all the family.
Already from 13:30h you will be able to enjoy the first screenings of our film program which will also be hosting our first film guests: Ferenc Moldovanyi, director of moving documentary Another Planet, extremely talented young crew from studio Vizualist, and representatives of acclaimed Serbian environmental film festival Green Screen Fest. Besides the films from competition, there will also be screenings of films from our other program sections.
We will be graced by the visit of Slovenian Minister of Agriculture and the Environment Mr. Franc Bogovič. After the opening of the exhibition of photographs from our »Human and Nature. Do We Cooperate?« contest and the Grand Opening Ceremony there will be a live concert by Slowind. During the day the Eco Fair will come to life, offering goods from local eco farms, while the Fairytale Park of Dragon Kač will open its magical gates early in the morning for kids of all ages.
