The NEW ALCHEMIST section presents a selection of movies that experiment and push back boundaries. Creations from artists from different disciplines (film, video, visual arts, etc.) who use the film form to develop their unique expression.



Come and discover works that stand out with their visual and sound processing, editing and narration, challenging the conventions and exploring the innovative possibilities offered by this art form.

MOONIYANG // FNC EXPLORE Architectural projection by Caroline Monnet and produced by the Quartier des Spectacles Parternership. Through geometric shapes inspired by traditional Anishinaabe patterns, Monnet presents a work in which territory is divided, consolidated and fragmented in a dynamic movement. Come to the Président-Kennedy pavillion of UQAM for the exclusive inauguration of this spectacular creation, on October 9th at 9pm!
