TOMMY LEE JONES' THREE BURIALS PREMIERES IN ITALY AT CAPRI AFTER WINNING
TWO PRIZES AT CANNES; CRISTINA COMENCINI'S DON'T TELL, INAUGURATES SCREENINGS AT CAPRI, HOLLYWOOD DECEMBER 26

"The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada," The current work of Oscar-winning actor and first-time director Tommy Lee Jones, will receive its Italian premiere at the Capri, Hollywood – Kimbo International Festival Film on the Isle of Capri December 27-January 2.

The film, produced by Luc Besson (01 Distribution), won honors at the Cannes Film Festival for Jones' acting and the screenplay of Guillermo Arriaga, and is among the favorites in the race to the 2006 Oscars.
It is one of the featured films of the 10th edition of Capri, Hollywood, produced with the support of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Assets.

After Walk the Line by James Mangold (Fox), and The World's Fastest Indian by Roger Donaldson (IIF), another Oscar contender will highlight the Capri, Hollywood 2005 program that begins on Monday, December 26 -- a special screening of The Beast in the Heart by Cristina Comencini (RAI Cinema), the Italian candidate for an Oscar in the category of Best Foreign Film.

Among the other previews on the Capri billboard: Fun with Dick and Jane, the latest film with Jim Carrey (Sony); Derailed by Mikael Håfström (Miramax); Forever Blues by Franco Nero; Stay by Marc Forster (Fox); and Family Stone by Thomas Bezucha with Diane Keaton (Fox). Also screening are films introduced earlier at Venice: Casanova by Lasse Hallström (Buena Vista); Bubble by Steven Soderbergh (Mediafilm); Proof by John Madden (Miramax), and All the Invisible Children (01 Distribution), a group work to benefit children of the third world. This film was produced by Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Chiara Tilesi and Stefano Veneruso, who will be honored December 27 for the extraordinary social value of their initiative.
Capri, Hollywood 2005 is co-produced with Kimbo Coffee, Lete Mineral Water and Harmont & Blaine with sponsorship from the Campania Region, the Chamber of Commerce of Naples, Cinecittà Holding and RAI Trade.

Among the other artists who have committed to attend the 10th anniversary event are Terry Gilliam, Shekhar Kapur, Taylor Hackford, Roberto Faenza, Abel Ferrara, Max Von Sydow (winning of the Capri-Lete Legend Award), and Gabriella Pescucci (winner of the Tirelli Prize), and Ron and Biagio Antonacci, to whom Capri Music Awards will
