The makers & shakers Awards is calling for entries

The makers & shakers Awards is calling for entries from the commercial, TV, feature film, animation and gaming sectors for the second edition of the yearly awards, brought to you by The Location Guide, makers magazine and FOCUS.

Entries are open until the 23rd of July 2021 and works completed between the 1st of September 2020 and the 31st of August 2021 are eligible.

The makers & shakers Awards celebrate excellence in global production was launched at BAFTA in December 2019. The second annual awards will once again place a spotlight on innovative and impactful contributions made by production professionals, freelancers, film commissions, government film liaison offices, studios, production services, facilities, and support businesses.

All entries are FREE and you can nominate yourself or someone you’ve worked with. Professionals from across the world’s advertising, TV, film, animation, and gaming sectors are encouraged to enter.

Our jury of leading international professionals including some of last years winners is ready to judge entries across six categories: Film Commission Initiative of the year, Initiative to Grow local Industry, Outstanding Creative Use of a Location, Production Tech Innovation of the year, Sustainability Award, Shaker of the year award.
