The Fantasporto 2012 Awards "Hell"

32nd OPORTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
FANTASPORTO 2012

The 32nd edition of the Oporto International Film Festival - Fantasporto has just revealed its awards in a celebration that promoted the best films but also celebrated the Future in a Special Programme that included 17 lectures by specialists, a unique hologram exhibition, the publication of a new Science-fiction short story book and lots of sci-fi films, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the film "Blade Runner". A great festival in a Word Heritage City!

AWARDS
The German low budget (3M) End of the World movie directed by Tim Fehlbaum left Fantasporto with two heavy prizes: Best film and Best actress.

A spectacular film on a not so distant future where water and food (meat) are scarce. Executive production by Roland Emmerich, in case you forgot he directed ID4, Godzilla, The Day after tomorrow, 2012...Got an end of the world problem, ask him...

Coming soon Foundation THE SciFi masterpiece by Azimov, if we are lucky Roland could just make 6 films or so...
