Haydenfilms Presenting Short Films Showcase in Orlando Featuring
Michael Attardi’s Award-Winning Christmas Film, Special Guest Tim Curry
Being Awarded Haydenfilms Lifetime Achievement Award
Thursday, December 11 First-Class VIP Event Being Staged by
Red Rope Screening; Will Benefit Special Olympics of Florida
Kutztown, Pa.—Haydenfilms LLC, headquartered here, announced that it will present a Short Films Showcase in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, featuring the multi-award-winning “Once Upon A Christmas Village,” an animated short created and directed by Michael Attardi and featuring the voices of Tim Curry, Jim Belushi and Amanda Davis.
Curry, an Emmy-winning actor, will be appearing in person along with Attardi and other special guests and will be presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Haydenfilms.
The showcase will be held at Orlando’s AMC Celebration Theater, 651 Front St., beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free, but an RSVP is necessary to r2feltman@yahoo.com or 407-704-7914 by midnight Dec. 8. A reception will follow at the Celebration Hotel, one block from the theater.
Those attending are asked to bring an unwrapped gift for a Special Olympics athlete between the ages of 8 and 15. Gifts can include sports equipment, clothing, educational aids, food, etc. (www.specialolympicsflorida.org)
Other award-winning short films being shown are “Matumbo Goldberg” by Rob Pearlstein, “Darling, Darling” by Matthew Lester, “Wine Bar” by Christian Remde and “Piece by Piece” by Sachi Schuricht.

Screened on May 20th to a packed house, “Once Upon A Christmas Village” received rave reviews from an audience consisting of film goers, writers, directors and producers.
Dream Balloon Productions is in development to produce a full-length feature film, “Snowyville” based on the 15-minute “Once upon A Christmas Village.”
The Haydenfilms Showcase is being staged by Red Rope Screening, a division of Red Rope Productions LLC (www.redrope.com) , New York, New York, which specializes in “VIP red carpet” events similar to entertainment awards shows and film premieres.
