Scandinavia's leading film festival starts tomorrow!

Welcome to the 36th Göteborg International Film Festival.



Tomorrow, on January 25, it's once again time to kick off 11 days of films, seminars, debates and parties in Göteborg. Collect your accreditation badge at the Accreditation Desk which is located in our new Industry, Press & Guest Centre at Stora Teatern, the old opera house located along Kungportsavenyn. At the Accreditation Desk, our dedicated festival staff will also help you with all sorts of enquiries about the festival and Göteborg.



Stora Teatern also houses the Industry Lounge, Video Library, festival bar and café. Some of the seminars, press conferences and screenings will also be held there. Visit our website for more information.

There are still a few tickets left for TV Drama Vision on January 31, a whole seminar day headlined by John Yorke, former controller of Drama Production and New Talent at BBC, Jimmy Desmarais, producer at Haut et Court and Johanna Koljonen, journalist and broadcaster.
