Portland International Short Short Film Fest opens

The 3rd Annual Portland International Short Short Film Fest is tomorrow and Saturday at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR, ShowTime is 7 PM each nite, six bux admission.

We have a number of wonderful films this year including these films which were praised in the local papers: A Whole New You by Jody Dwyer>>Australia>>World Premiere at PISS Fest!
Derek, and office worker, goes about his duties and dedication, yet is almost invisible to all. Even the receptionist dismisses him as worthless. The key to making his mark comes from a self-help guru promising "a whole new you".

Stall by Brian Kerr>>Oregon Identities are increasingly reliant upon numbers. Personal interactions become more disconnected and at times we have a stronger relationship with technology than with other humans. This experimental film explores the struggle for individuality.

Say When by Todd Kurtzmann>>Oregon>>World Premiere at PISS Fest!
An animated philosophical action film beginning at 10,000 micrometers in the air!

Each One Teach One by Lila Place>>California>>World Premiere at PISS Fest!
While in prison Jason "Compa" Tres discovered his own talent as an artist and how art could be used as a powerful tool for transformation and empowerment. Now released from prison, Jason works with youth in crisis in the hope of preventing them from following in his path.

Not Too Much Remember by Tony Gault>>Colorado Maybe it's the CIA and the LSD they gave Richard. Maybe it's something else.

Dust by Ryan Sigg>>Oregon
An animated fable starring two behemoths with ambiguous feelings for each other and their surroundings.

Come vote for your favorite films as we prepare to crown the "Best in PISS Fest!"
