My visit to Auschwitz

I had resisted visiting Auschwitz, while in Krakow for Off Camera Plus. I thought at that time that this is not a place you "visit", like a tour excursion, definitely a place to remember and to pay homage to the dead in your family that would have died there, like you go to a cemetary.

I stayed away, but heard so many moving things about the "Visit" that I decided to take the trip this year.

Recently I spoke to a friend about the visit, he said "of course I had to go there, I am german..."
