APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE 20TH MEETINGS ON THE BRIDGE WORK IN PROGRESS PLATFORM

20th Meetings on the Bridge
15-17 April 2025

Organised by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) as part of the Istanbul Film Festival, Meetings on the Bridge prepares to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Applications for the Work in Progress Platform, which will be held during Meetings on the Bridge on April 15-17, 2025, are now open.

Application Deadline: 3 February 2025.

Supported by Anadolu Efes as the main sponsor, Meetings on the Bridge will take place for the 20th time between 15 and 17 April 2025. Connecting producers, directors and screenwriters from Türkiye with international cinema professionals, the Work in Progress Platform aims to facilitate connections between films in the final stages of production or post-production and international sales agents and festival programmers.

Feature-length fiction and documentary projects with at least 70% of their filming completed or currently in post-production are eligible for submission. To promote diversity within the platform’s selection, submissions are welcomed from a wide range of genres and themes, including documentaries, animations, genre films (such as horror and fantasy), children’s films and comedies.

Application deadline for the Work in Progress Platform: 3 February 2025.
