INDIs Film Festival 2023 - ready to kick off
With just over a week to go until the start of this year’s INDIs Film Festival, now is the time to book your tickets and join us as we bring film lovers together in the world of independent film and support new film talent.
With a host of screening and events spanning five days from the 22-26 February at the Pyramid Theatre, Leeds University Union, students can watch handpicked feature films and shorts from around the world, be inspired by working filmmakers and creators in our masterclasses as well as meet future collaborators at our events.

Wolf Manor + Q&A with Director Dominic Brunt - Get tips on horror directing from the pro after this fun horror flick.
INDIS Short Film Competition - watch the top new shorts from fresh new filmmakers from around the UK.
Special Events
We will be having in-person watch parties for Don't Hug Me I'm Scared (with a free DIY puppet workshop before the film) and cult C4 show Big Boys.
The Gallery is a unique interactive film experience where the audience chooses what happens next and how the story unfolds.
Plus don’t forget this year, we are also launching the very first Audience Jury for INDIs Film Festival. Being a member of the jury gives you a FREE pass to see 5 selected films from the programme in return for short reviews that we can post on our site.
