Get spooked and have fun at this year's Chicago Kids Festival!

Looking for a way to get into the Halloween spirit? Come to the Chicago International Children's Film Festival, where films with spooky ghosts and friendly ghosts, magical items and changing identities will be screening all week long. You can learn makeup effect tricks to use with your costume at our Make It Up! workshop. Plus, we have three films screening on Halloween day itself!

Starting junior high isn't easy when it's haunted by the vicious Baron Von Staffen! Eugenio reluctantly joins his friends on a late-night adventure into the spooky school, bringing along his grandfather's umbrella for protection - but then, the ghostly Baron appears and takes Frida captive in his Study Dungeon! It's up to Eugenio and Cebola to save the day, using the magic umbrella and finding that junior high is not as scary as it might seem.
