FilmOn.com Forms Strategic Alliance with TVCatchup.com at NATPE

FilmOn.com Inc., (http://www.FilmOn.com/), the premier internet based high definition television service, today announced it has formed a strategic alliance with TVCatchup.com, a top UK-based, advertising supported IPTV provider.

The strategic alliance between FilmOn and TVCatchup will incorporate both subscription and advertising-based revenue models from the two companies to increase overall profits. The alliance will also incorporate marketing, technology support and combine the collective content available on the two platforms, expanding the programming for all subscribers.

Under the strategic alliance, the two companies will join efforts on its legal battle to defend its right in transmitting UK content via the Web. FilmOn will also help TVCatchup expand its reach to include North America and beyond.
