EFA Short Film Nominees

The final nominee has just been announced at the International Short Film Festival in Drama (Greece):

Prix UIP Drama
TRELEM (With A Little Patience)
by Laszlo Nemes
Hungary 2007, 14 min, fiction

The film follows an office clerk during her daily routine all the little vibrations of her face. And a man, impatiently waiting for her, beyond the windows.




The film was selected by the festival's international jury consisting of director Bujar Alimani (Albania), Morad Kertobi of the CNC, directors Konstantin Lopushansky (Russia) and Janno Pldma (Latvia), and director/ producer Maria Hatzimichali-Papaliou (Greece).

The list of nominated short films is now complete. Throughout the year, the European Film Academy and UIP present a Prix UIP at a series of film festivals across Europe. The prize includes an automatic nomination for the European Film Awards. The 1,800 members of the European Film Academy will now vote for the winner.
