Durban fest veterans wantedThe Durban International Film Festival celebrates 25 years of bringing innovative, quality film to Durban audiences. In order to acknowledge this outstanding achievement, The Centre for Creative Arts, in association with The Local History Museums, intends holding a commemorative exhibition. People who played a significant role in the festival, movie enthusiasts and members of the public who would like to contribute memorabilia such as photos, posters, anecdotes, etc towards this event are kindly requested to contact The Centre for Creative Arts on 031 260 3586 or e-mail cca@ukzn.ac.za. The festival runs from 14 to 27 June 2004 and will be held at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre, University of KwaZulu- Natal; Nu-Metro Cinecentre, Suncoast; Cinema Noveau, Gateway; Cinema Screen Entertainment, The Workshop; Ekhaya Multi Arts Centre, Kwa Mashu and Stable Theatre, Warwick Junction, Alice Street. |
