You discover that many Greek filmmakers like Periklis Hoursoglou in The Building Manager (O Diaheiristis) and Renos Haralambidis in 4 Black Suits (Tessera Mavra Koustoumia) are skilled auteurs immersed in all aspects of their films. Renos is like a Greek Roberto Begnini who has an incredible sense of comedy and Periklis draws you into his film’s character and grabs your emotions and spins them. Then we have Phedron Papamichael who is an awesome cinematographer/director in his film Arcadia Lost.
Each filmmaker shows us the vast landscapes of Greece and you want to call your travel agent to book a flight
