

For this 48th edition, more than 500 short films of all genres, from over 70 countries, await festival goers from January 30 to February 7, exclusively in theaters. XR films, sound cinema screenings, masterclasses, exhibitions, talks, and festive events will round out the program over these nine days.

The opening ceremony of the Short Film Festival will take place on Friday, January 30 at 8pm in the Jean Cocteau auditorium [O1]. The program includes a cine-concert by the French band Limousine, a presentation of the edition, a selection of short films to kick things off, and a few surprises. You will also have the opportunity to meet the jury members.
A second opening screening will follow [O2], in the same auditorium, at 10:30, featuring additional films.

| SAVE THE DATE! |
|
Trần Anh Hùng will give a masterclass at IADT on Wednesday 4 February at 11am: an opportunity to look back on his career, discover his unique approach to filmmaking and creative methods, and dive into the emotion and memory that run through his work.
The masterclass will be in French, and an English translation will be provided via headphones.
