“BEIJING GAMES” opens “SPORT MOVIES & TV”

Exceptional “world preview” at “Sport Movies & Tv 2009”: October 30th at 5.30 p.m., in the occasion of the “Opening Ceremony” at Grattacielo Pirelli (Piazza Duca d’Aosta 1 - Milano) “The Everlasting Flame: Beijing Olympics 2008”, the Beijing Olympic Games 2008 Official Movie, will be presented from the Chinese director Gu Jun (invitation enclosed at the bottom). Italy was chosen to present the 22nd movie in the history of the Games to the presence of the maximum Sport Authorities (IOC, CONI) and Institutions (Region, Province and City). A year of editing for 90 minutes of emotional and involving images that tell the workout of the Games athletes, the stories of victories and defeats that show the human side of the champion. The passion, the efforts and life of the athletes from all over the world to prepare the “perfect game”. The Jamaican sprinters Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell, the American taekwondo phenomena Steven Lopez, the legendary Ethiopian marathon runner Haile Gebrselassie, the first woman to represent Iran in taekwondo Sara Kosh Jamal forgot the social and political differences to realize the Olympic slogan “One world. One dream”.
