INT. TATTOO PARLOR - NIGHT



A GIRL, dull and gray stands before a chair as she lets her dress fall to the floor like silk

GIRL

It’s the pleasure in the pain that hurts so much

JOE

(pulling dress back up)

Woaah! You don’t need to take your whole dress off, I’m only doing a tattoo on your shoulder!

She sits frozen, braces for pain. She hears the soft needle. It echoes in the room. Her breath is uncomfortable

JOE (CONT.)

Ready?

GIRL

Don’t be careful. Be not dull, I don’t want to be the girl with the dragon tattoo. Make it sexy. Hot. Everything I’m not.

Joe steadied the whirring needle. After 7 years in prison-he knew the
difference between pain and pleasure. BUZZ.   Burning flesh.



The smoke rising from her flesh triggers the smoke alarm. Two chefs enter and cook a giant broccoli on her skin. She likes this.



INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT

The girl jerks awake with a gasp. Sunlight streams in through the window. Joe turns over, looking at her.

JOE

What happened to your dress? Is that blood?

It takes a moment, but she looks down to see a crimson spot.

She turns to Joe if only for confirmation.

JOE (CONT.)

Not me...

She stares up at the ceiling. A fat drop of blood falls off the fan and lands on her forehead.

They take a look around in the room that suddenly had become dark and cold.



She steps out of bed and her foot touches something on the floor...
