2021 New York WILD Film Festival cancelled for now
Our friend Nancy Rosenthal festival founder and executive director shared the following sad news about the cancellation of the 8th edition due to the pandemic situation...: As has happened with other events, it is with great disappointment that we will not present the 8th annual NY WILD Film Festival in February 2021. As a result the call for entries is cancelled. At this point we are undecided about holding a virtual festival.
A fantastic opportunity for storytelling has opened up. We're excited to share that our partner The Explorers Club is collaborating with Discovery, Inc. to offer a grant program, the Explorers Club Discovery Expedition Grant. Through this opportunity the Explorers Club aims to further their mission of scientific understanding for the betterment of humanity and all life on Earth and beyond. Stay tuned for our next curated NY WILD Film Club program.
