"Pooling" to play 42nd Elche International Film Festival in Spain!

"Pooling" has been selected to the 42nd annual Elche International Independent Film Festival in Elche (Alicante), Spain for July 19-26, 2019. Written and helmed by Dawn Westlake and produced under her Ron de Cana Prods, Inc. shingle, "Pooling" is a hybrid breakdance, animation, visual effects film with an original score by Valencia-based Joan Armand Forero of Praxiz.

The film was shot/edited in Barcelona by Pol Carrizo Vilarroig of Imatge Barcelona, who also did visual effects. Choreography and performance is original to Marc Carrizo Vilarroig of the world-renowned breakdance troupe Brodas Bros. The opening and closing animation sequences were done by Dismas & GrissyG Lizarraga of GrisDismation in their Los Angeles-area studio.
