The 29th
annual Chicago International Children's Film Festival, taking place October 26-November
4, 2012, is the largest festival of films for children in North
America and features 250 animated and live action films from 40
countries. Programming the best children’s media, the Festival welcomes 23,000
Chicago area children, adults, educators, and over 100 filmmakers, programmers,
& celebrities who lead interactive Q&A’s following screenings. The
Festival was the first Academy Award
qualifying children's film festivals in the world!
