The City of Cannes is blossoming in preparation for the upcoming festival. As of the 18th of May, the population of Cannes will quadruple in size. The face of "The Truman Show's" Jim Carrey is plastered on the windows of every shop, bakery, and café in town. As construction continues, the city waits with bated breath to see who will grace the Cannes Film Festival's 75th red carpet.
